This assessment is for Food Safety in a Retail Environment.
You will have needed to completed both units, Lessons 1 to 12 of the SA Health and Safety – Food Safety in a Retail Envoronment Course.
There will be 35 Questions asked.
Each question may be true or false answer, a muktiple choice answer, or a selection of correct answers.
You will be allowed three attempts and can take as long as you need for each answer.
The pass marke for the assessment is 60%.
Once passed your will be emailed a copy of your CPD approved Certificate of achievement. You must complete all activities, tests and quizzes in order to successfully complete this course.
